Gastronomi Bilimleri \u00dcniversitesi (UNISG) 2004 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130talya'n\u0131n Pollenzo kentinde Slow Food hareketi taraf\u0131ndan \u0130talya'n\u0131n Piedmont ve Emilia-Romagna b\u00f6lgeleri ile i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde kurulmu\u015ftur. \u00dcniversite, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik, biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlilik ve yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne odaklanarak gastronomi ve g\u0131da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 entegre etmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

UNISG, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ve yerel g\u0131da uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik eden uluslararas\u0131 bir kurulu\u015f olan Slow Food hareketiyle yak\u0131ndan ili\u015fkilidir. \u00dcniversite, Slow Food'un iyi, temiz ve adil g\u0131daya vurgu yapan ilkelerini payla\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00dcniversite, gastronomi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na antropoloji, sosyoloji, tar\u0131m, ekonomi ve daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131n unsurlar\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren benzersiz bir multidisipliner yakla\u015f\u0131m sunmaktad\u0131r. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, g\u0131da sistemlerinin karma\u015f\u0131k do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

UNISG, Gastronomi Bilimleri alan\u0131nda lisans derecesi ve Yemek K\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve \u0130leti\u015fimi alan\u0131nda y\u00fcksek lisans derecesi dahil olmak \u00fczere hem lisans hem de lisans\u00fcst\u00fc programlar sunmaktad\u0131r. Bu programlar d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131ndan g\u0131da ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik konusunda tutkulu \u00f6\u011frencilerin ilgisini \u00e7ekmektedir.<\/p>\n
